Northern Virginia – Before and After – Fairfax VA Contemporary Kitchen Remodel-Lensis Builders Inc.
This beautiful contemporary kitchen in Fairfax, Virginia was created to provide both functionality and style. We removed the wall between the existing small Kitchen and boxy Dining Room to create one large, open space. The island was designed to trade extra floor space for more counter and storage space, while maintaining the ease of open floor plan entertaining. The tall pantries provide exceptional storage and bookend the perfect area for serving guests drinks and displaying decorative Kitchen glassware. Northern Virginia – Before and After – Bristow VA 100+ year old Farmhouse Kitchen Remodel-Lensis Builders Inc
This home needed some major updates to bring it up to speed with modern conveniences and functionality while still maintaining the charming old farmhouse feel. We opened up walls and doorways, added a casement and transom windows, and covered the existing chimney with brick veneer – giving it visual impact while incorporating it into the new layout. Rustic Oak cabinets, a few bead-board doors to highlight specific areas, and an adorable Sangria Red accent cabinet section adds depth and colorful interest to this country Kitchen. Natural slate floors compliment the cabinets perfectly, and a simple Quartz countertop with a large white subway tile backsplash allow the custom tile Rooster mosaic behind the range to really shine. The granite farmhouse sink has a beautiful floral relief pattern on the front, and accents the lovely gray tones in the natural slate floors. Updated storage options include a tall coffee station cabinet, two spice pull out cabinets flanking the professional gas range, a wine cabinet roll out base, and a mixer base cabinet. The ceiling mounted light was custom made by a local artisan, and gives this space a funky industrial feel. The modern upgrades and the warm inviting feel make this Kitchen super functional and a joy to cook for a small family meal or entertain a large group. Kitchen Remodel- Before and After – Occoquan VA Transitional White Kitchen
Our client loved their neighborhood and many things about their new ranch home in Occoquan VA, but they wanted to open up the outdated Kitchen and brighten up the dark Living Room and Dining Room. We removed the partition wall between the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room to create a completely open floor plan on the first level of the home. A custom island with additional drawer storage was integrated into the design to allow for gatherings with seating for family and friends. Kitchen and First Floor Remodel- Before and After – Vienna, VA Traditional Kitchen
This is a stunning kitchen and first floor remodel completed in a split level home in Vienna, VA. Our clients were looking to take an existing 1960’s floorpan with a closed in Kitchen and transform it into an open living space where they could entertain guests and family members. The wall between the Kitchen and Dining Room was removed, the interior wall from the existing Kitchen was relocated back into the Living Room, an awkwardly placed pantry in the foyer was relocated into the new Kitchen space, and a peninsula seating area was created in the Living Room. Kitchen and First Floor Remodel – Before and After – Manassas, VA Traditional Kitchen
Quite a dramatic change! Our clients wanted t completely open up the top floor of their Manassas split level home and create a more open and inviting Kitchen area. The wall that separated the foyer entry from the original Kitchen and Dining area was removed, and the whole space reinvented to create one large Kitchen space with a beautiful island for seating and prep work.
Kitchen Remodel – Before and After – Vienna, VA White and Red Kitchen
This white Kitchen has a surprise splash of color! We knocked down a wall to expand the Kitchen area, changed the layout, and added a gorgeous new custom red island. The red island, white cabinetry, and Quartzite countertops work together to create a beautiful and functional kitchen.
Kitchen Remodel – Before and After – Manassas, VA Contemporary Kitchen
This kitchen in Manassas underwent a huge transition from outdated to modern and sleek. An odd layout with old counter tops and cabinetry were done away with to make room for beautiful white cabinetry and a cool gray color scheme.
Kitchen Remodel – Before and After – McLean VA White Traditional Kitchen
We remodeled this outdated Kitchen in McLean and turned it into a gorgeous, white, dream Kitchen. This space was updated to include Super White Quartzite countertops, new appliances, semi-custom cabinetry, and a lovely Carrara backsplash. A portion of the wall cabinets feature clear glass with Eclipse style mullions.
Kitchen & Dining Room Remodel – Before and After – Nokesville, VA French Country Style
Our clients came to us wanting to enlarge their Kitchen and make the first floor of their home a better place for family meals, and entertaining. As you can see in the before pictures, the original Kitchen had a boxed in, cramped layout with older cabinetry. There was also a wall separating the Kitchen and Dining area. We tore this wall down to completely open up the space and allow more light throughout the area. We designed a new, more functional layout and added an entire wall of cabinetry in the Dining Area for storage and display. This adds a custom and unique touch to the space. What a difference!
Kitchen Addition – Before and After – Fairfax, VA Transitional
This home in Fairfax has undergone many changes and the results are gorgeous! In order to expand this tiny kitchen, we tore the porch off of the back of the home and built an addition in its place – creating a larger place for this double island Kitchen and the perfect Dining space for this busy family! Their new Kitchen has plenty of prep space, bar-top seating, and spectacular storage.
Master Bathroom Remodel – Before and After – Bristow, VA
What started out as a builder grade Master Bath ended as a welcoming, spa like place to start and end the day. Rich, slate colored porcelain tile really makes the cream colored vanities pop. Custom features like the criss-cross towel holder and open shelving near the bath match the vanities, and tie the look together.
Master Bathroom Remodel – Before and After – Clifton, VA
Bland colors, an unusable garden tub with a huge platform surround, and a tiny shower made this Master Bath undesirable for our clients. Our new design includes a larger corner shower, the removal of the platform tub, installation of a gorgeous clawfoot tub, new flooring and vanities an updated lighting. Using slate look porcelain tile on the floors, a lovely cool paint color on the wall, and rich cherry cabinetry made this final result stunning.
Wet Bar Project – Before and After – Great Falls, VA
We love designing and installing Wet Bars – they seem to be the perfect addition to a finished basement or even a Family Room. This existing space was intended for people coming in and out from enjoying the patio and the pool, as well as indoor activities like the pool table and entertainment system in this finished basement. Our clients were very interested in maintaining the traditional style of their home, looking for dark cabinetry, a custom backsplash, and exotic granite tops. The final result is a sophisticated wet bar that they absolutely love.
Wet Bar, Full Bath, and Basement Remodel – Before and After – Haymarket, VA
Look at this stunning wet bar transformation for our client in Haymarket, VA. The beautiful contrast of dark cabinets to light countertop and backsplash make this renovation a true show stopper. We opened up a wall, creating a walkway from the patio near the pool to the new wet bar and bathroom. We created decorative columns and utilized the existing knee wall to create a seating place for those enjoying the bar as well as those enjoying the TV.

After a much needed update, this outdated Wet Bar and Full Bathroom have a whole new look. The new, contemporary Wet Bar has dark cabinetry and a sleek appearance. The bathroom looks completely different with new cabinetry, dramatic tile, a gorgeous countertop, and a new shower.
Screened In Porch and Deck – Before and After – Centreville, VA
This outdated deck in Centreville was in need of some major updating. We designed and built a gorgeous area for family fun and entertaining with a Screened In Porch and a large Deck. We love the way this combination gives people options for outdoor living. What a great place to have your morning coffee!
